Refunds and Returns
It is our mission to provide products that are unique and as wonderful as you. However if there's something about our products that aren't meeting your standards then please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Note Well: All Sales are Final!
We do not provide refunds however, we will gladly exchange or provide a store credit if your item upon arrival is faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours otherwise returns are not accepted. Photo's may be requested.
It is at Bee Dazzled's discretion whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.
The customer is responsible for all costs to return items and all returns must be in original packaging, with tags, unused and unworn or returns will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee shall be incurred as well as all relevant merchant fees.
No fee's or charges will be incurred by the customer if it is found to be an issue with manufacturing, however item still needs to be returned in good condition, with tags and packaging.
