Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bee Dazzled Studio.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and up to 5-10 business days during peak times, such as Christmas etc. with the exception of any personalised gift orders. Please allow up to 14 days for these orders to be prepared and shipped. Also, we do not ship on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high number of orders, shipment may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment we will contact you via email or text.

All packages are sent via Australia post and customers will be notified once your items have been shipped.

Damages and Lost Parcels

Bee Dazzled Studio is not liable for any products that arrive damaged or become lost during shipping.

If you have chosen tracked shipping and your items arrive damaged or is lost please contact the relevant shipping provider to file a claim, whilst keeping any damaged packing etc.

However please also notify us and we will endeavour to chase it up from our end, unless the item is untracked as unfortunately there is no way of tracking the item once in the postage system, which is why tracking is recommended.
